SUZANNE ROTHENBERG has successfully combined careers in PR, marketing communications, and training for more than 25 years.

Now based in Seattle, she formed Suzanne Rothenberg Communications in New York in 1992, where she created PR campaigns, marketing communications – press kits, brochures, newsletters, speeches, training catalogs and manuals, research reports, case studies, proposals – media training, and business writing workshops for a wide variety of clients such as Scholastic Inc., Scholastic Entertainment, PBS, HBO, IBM, The National Geographic Society, the National Science Foundation, the Aspen Institute, CINAR Film, and others. While interning at the Instructional Television Studios of the New York Archdiocese (ITV), she completed a Master’s thesis on the factors that motivate teachers to use TV in the classroom. She was subsequently hired as ITV Director of Utilization to train teachers to use TV effectively in 250 schools.

She was hired as Special Assistant to Charles Dolan, Chairman of Cablevision Systems to upgrade marketing communications and was soon promoted to Director of Programming and Public Affairs of Cablevision of Connecticut. There she directed press and government relations and produced television programming while writing the corporate annual report, franchise proposals, employee training manuals, and training programs for cable systems nationwide.
